Rocky Hill CT Dry Meet, Saturday March 29th 2014
Tom Conti will once again be hosting this fantastic meet in Rocky Hill CT. It is one of (if not the) largest swap meets on the Yankee Chapter calendar and worth attending no matter how far you need to travel! In past years members from as far off as PA, TN and even Canada have attended. Held at the Rocky Hill Connecticut Bennino-Beck VFW Post 2130, members can warm up inside the hall and lunch may be purchased from their excellent canteen/galley. The VFW officially opens at 9:00 AM and people come & go all day - things usually wind up around 2:30 or 3:00PM. This meet is not to be missed - be sure to bring something to swap or sell! This is the perfect time to clear out all those old projects you didn't get to this past winter and don't want underfoot the rest of the year!! The Yankee Chapter requests a $5 donation per each family to help us cover the cost of the event. We also hope to continue having a raffle of donated outboards and related stuff. (If you have something you are willing to donate please call or email Tom at tomconti@mac.com or Art S. at info@yankeeaomci.org) Please note:
